A GE kinda Saturday on the 2nd district.

Carmon and Steve have already shared their views of our quick trip out on the 2nd district of the CNO&TP, but here are a few more..a few might even look at bit different! 

Carm and myself met up with Billy and Steve around 11am this past Saturday morning, and spent the afternoon bumming around Casey and Pulaski counties shooting nothing but GE's and generally wasting a lot of time. Even with all the crap power, I managed a few keepers, and if nothing else, took the chance to do a little "creative" processing of images. The last train of the day was the only saving grace with a Deuce leading..

NS 223 at Kings Mountain...



UPS train 229 is scooting down the hill at Norwood KY, running #1 track to get around a low and slow 175. This is the first time I had shot THIS angle at Norwood since all the US 27 reconstruction in the area. There used to be a crossing here, now there is just a hill and a hike to get to it.
