Sorry I wish that I could have posted this Saturday with a heads up however I had some computer issues. Now resolved. Anyway yesterday morning I heard 111 getting a warrant from Duncan to Tatem
(New Albany In.) with the 1007 leading. Now I know some of you central Kentucky boys have a certain fondness for another 1007 that worked the Lawrenceburg Ky. area several years ago so when I heard this one I made a dash for New Albany. I never heard him leave Louisville so I have no idea whether or not if anyone else would have had an opportunity get him. Attached are the couple of shots that I got of him approaching the New Albany floodwall and one of the older version. SW1 1007 sitting near the depot in Lawrenceburg July 3,1991 waiting for its next job.

some Jersys (and numbers) should be retired Joe. 1002 and 1007 among them!

I shot the (new) 1002 in Danville last month. Brought back a flood of memories.
