Well the weather sucked for me today in Central Illinois catching the 55A! However, what can you do? This is my 16th heritage by NS in full revenue service! Here are the photos!

Photo(s):
1. With howling winds, cold temperatures, and sideways rain, the Norfolk Southerns Savannah Atlanta heritage SD70ACe # 1065 leads train 55A from Loudon, TN to Des Moines, IA as it is seen here in Bement, IL doing track speed of 60mph.
2. Flying over 60mph outside Cerre Gordo, IL the Savannah Atlanta heritage SD70ACe # 1065 takes 55A as lite power to Decatur, IL during a cold dreary afternoon on 01-10-2012.
Keep your hand on the throttle and your eyes upon the rail

Great pics, and nothing wrong with shooting in bad weather. Sometimes, that makes it even more worthwhile!
