After way too long I finally caught some real power in town, two mow's in waddy today.. This is 938 putting through waddy,96w was the other one, he was a rail train with some random , faceless widebody thus his absence here.

And proof that the sun shines on us occasionally, it popped out as he crossed hempridge rd.

Im sure the crew was hating having to run LHF, but nice catch. Thats what I get for keeping my lazy butt in bed late this morning.

There's fresh ballast dumped West of the Tucker siding so the ballast train was out sometime recently too.

It was out Sat.  it was one of those cool Herzog automated ballast trains.

Those are great fun to watch. I saw one in New Albany on my first trip over to the amphitheater after moving back to Ky in 09.
