If you've been following the tweets, blogs, texts, and posts, you know the Louisville Div was locked up today.  I met Emmett and Carmon at the Polk Lick Trestle about 1:30 primed for the big chase.  At 4:38p, it finally crossed the trestle.  I'll let them post the pics from there and Veechdale.  I'm throwing up some from Conner Station Road.  It was coming out of the sun, but they aren't to bad.

Excellent pics (all three of them).

Love the composition of the second image . . . with the lead unit, and train following, framed with the red crossing globe.

Well done!

Thanks, you never know how they'll turn out when the sun is behind them.  I caught the OCS again this afternoon passing through Lexington; crossing Rosemont Garden, then coming up by UK's substation #3, and going under the Virginia Ave overpass I'm standing on.

Added a couple of shots of the train entering the Lexington Yard.
