Northbound NS OCS at Reid KY

I got one parting shot of the OCS tonight as they headed back to PA.....there she is, the little red line just South of Reid....HA..

Northbound NS OCS passed the Lexington yard at 1927, August 11th.

I wonder if they knew the headlights and ditch light where off, or where they meeting a Southbound?

Southbound Triple Crown had just cleared the yard when the OCS appeared.  Good timing since the Triple Crown would have blocked my shot from the Versailles Road overpass.

The gentleman on the rear (front) of NS 7 waved.

Reminds me of the first time they came to KY, on the Derby train. Both ditch lights where out, and only one headlight bulb was working. By the time they got to Louisville, everything was out..
