Double Heritage and Double Rainbow day on the CNO&TP

Yesterday (6/5/13) started off as a beautiful day, but once word that NS 8114 was leading a Northbound grain train clouds moved in, and by the time the Wabash rolled through, it had already rained. But irregardless it was a fantastic day yesterday! Here are the results
NS 1070 leads NS 143 at Burgin




Before NS 8114 rolled through, a double rainbow appeared over Bowen, however that side of the rainbow quickly faded away as NS 55A approached


At approximately 7:30pm, NS 8114 finally rolled through as it hustles through Bowen


NS 55A meets NS 143 under the searchlights at Bowen


NS 143 led by Wabash 1070 departs Bowen in the last few minutes of daylight

NS 8114 leads NS 55A past Danville Tower
