Back to back passenger trains over the Louisville Division

It was the day after the Kentucky Derby and the weather was naturally full of rain and clouds in central Kentucky. NS however entertained the local fans with not one but two passenger trains. One with a A B A
set of F's and the second with the Honoring Our Veterans unit.At Danville the F's would lead their train north for Altoona while the Veterans unit would go south with an eventual destination of Washington D.C.
for National Train Day.The F's ran as 956 while the Veteran unit lead 975.
1.975 departs Louisville as it passes LS Jct.
2.975 at Veechdale
3.956 meets 375 at Waddy
4.956 at East Waddy
5.975 at Waddy
