Heard westbound 168 getting a warrant on the Louisville District this afternoon with SD60I 6723. Last time I had checked it was still in Conrail paint. At Joyes I hear the crew of T19 say that they had to sheild their
eyes from the glare of 168's lead power. Caught him at Clark Station,Pope Lick and finally at Tucker.
Trailing was C40-8W 8411 and behind it SD40-2 1625. The 1625 was N&W's class SD40-2 built in September 1973 and was one of only eleven that they had that was a high short hood.

Where do you park at pope lick and how do you teleport to tucker to catch them again? I get caught at all 3 lights on Taylorsville, the two at the gene synder freeway, and the one at krogers, before I can even make it to tucker station road.

Awesome looking, I was hoping someone would catch a few shots of it. I could almost smell the paint on the lead engine as we passed each other at LS junction. 1625 was a welcome sight on the dash 9 district, which is slowly starting to see more eclectic power.

Answer: Timing and luck. After shooting him at Clark Station it was off to Pope Lick. I just pulled off in the grass, waited about 10 seconds and there he was. Tucker was as I said a stroke of luck of not getting caught by lights. He was blowing for the crossing when I jumped out of the car to grab him.
