Went this afternoon with my nephews so they could fly a kite in an open field and play some catch with the football when we heard a train coming. The crew gave us a friendly 'toot'. Wish I had a little more time to prepare. If only they would use these again tomorrow on the mixing center run.

I always get someone pacing the train around the corner and it makes it difficult to line a shot up. Then when the car clears you have the sun glare to deal with. The people realize the train is there and rocket off so they can beat it to the next crossing. This makes them right in front of your shots when the train gets closer too. But here I have signals and crossings in both directions so I can at least see and hear them coming.
