A suggestion...You should put the poll on top of all the pic entries...so that we can see who submitted what in a quick fashion and then cast our vote.  I believe that is the way it was set up before you became moderator.

I will try to do that next month. I usually have two window's open when I put it together. The new topic heading usually gets more people voting. I will try copying the thread of entries over below in the poll.
