Kentucky North & South Railroad

Does anyone out there know of a railroad called "Kentucky North & South Railroad" located near Covington, KY?

I had a call from a lady today asking about it since she has a stock certificate for 10 shares and wants to know if it is any good.

The date on the stock certificate is 1906 she told me.

I was thinking that since it was near or in Covington, it may have been a railroad that the C&OTP gobbled up.  Or it could have been a railroad company that was incorporated but never built.
