That fella must be one of them there conspiracy theorists. Never mind that the trains blow the horn at every other crossing. They just blow at his because they're out to get him...
On another note, I almost guarantee that when the new housing development at Alton Station is completed, there will be some folks complaining about train horns and will try to push for a horn ban. That's kind of funny since there are several houses already there, which have been around for as long as I can remember (at least 20 years). I don't think those residents have ever complained. Besides, when you move next to the tracks, you assume the risk that there will be trains passing and they will be blowing their horns.
