The thread about NS 790 has made me wonder if there is a complete list of all the NS train ID's systemwide. I know this would be a huge list, but I've often wanted to look through the symbols and figure out where everything is headed. Is this something that can be put together by the forum leaders, or does it already exist somewhere? I've been wanting to find something like this for several years now without much luck.
The problem with that idea is that train ID's change all the time. What train 360 is today, may not be what is tomorrow. I think someone in Norfolk actually has a job making train ID's and he/she keeps changing them around. Job security. ;D
